Missouri Carbide is a distributor of high quality, USA made, end mills and inserts for CNC and milling machines. The founder, Byron Rolstad, had over 50 years of experience as a machinist, and owned Minnesota Carbide from 1973-1992. He started Missouri Carbide Inc. after that and helped many shops through out the states to receive their tools at a great discount. We lost Byron to cancer in 2020 and his wife Valerie has taken over the reins of Missouri Carbide ever since. Valerie now takes orders from machine shops all over the US and offers end mills and inserts and other various tools at a great discount to all her customers.
While MCI is not as large in size as many of the present corporations in the tungsten carbide industry, we are able to compete with them on quality through research and our association with major carbide manufacturers.
